TITLE : Senior Marketing Data Analyst
Location: 560 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94105; Must live within reasonable commuting distance from HQ and able to appear in office as required.
Salary: $116,200.00 - $174,300.00/year
Job Description : Partner with business leaders, staff clinicians, utilization management, network development, provider services, product development, and marketing departments to identify business challenges, formulate a data plan, drive insights, and develop solutions to enable the business teams to perform at the highest levels. Execute complex marketing and business data analysis using multiple data sources to achieve quantifiable results impacting business units or enterprise processes. Support Segment Strategy, Integrated Marketing, Sales, Network Development, and Product Strategy teams by identifying growth opportunities, evaluating market opportunities, assessing business performance, and conducting predictive analytics. Manage end-to-end marketing and business analytics projects, including planning, execution, testing, and insights delivery to foster data-driven decision-making through analysis of market data, sales, network performance, and segment trends. Must live within reasonable commuting distance from HQ and able to appear in office as required.
Qualifications
Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, and at least one (1) year of experience in a similar role.
Base Pay Information
The national base pay range is a good-faith estimate of potential pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, certifications, and ability to meet minimum qualifications. Other factors include prevailing wages and internal equity. Pay Grade 22. $116,200.00 - $174,300.00
