We support many parents and families who need nursing care at home. You develop relationships with the patient and the family while providing convenience and comfort for the family too. We offer one-on-one training with each child. PRIVATE DUTY NURSE FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS The licensed practical nurse (LPN) works under the supervision and direction of the Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager. The LPN provides nursing from acute to chronically ill clients working private-duty with our Pediatric Clients in their home utilizing nursing principles that recognize the psycho-social, cultural, and personal health factors that affect the individual's health status.
