About the Role
As the President of Reinsurance for Latin America and the Caribbean, you will have overall responsibility for the business's financial results, risk management, and talent development. You will lead a team of approximately 80 colleagues across multiple locations, including Sao Paulo, Bogota, Mexico City, and Miami. Your role includes direct line manager responsibility for both P&C and L&H, Treaty and Facultative Client Management/CUW/CMCA, Fac Underwriting, Claims, and L&H Pricing and Underwriting.
