Position Summary: The Clinical Phlebotomist is a self-motivator. The person must have compassion for patients and be able to represent the hospital mission. The person collects and prepares specimens for the clinical laboratory and has a clear understanding of patient identification and specimen integrity. Must be reliable and demonstrate good customer service and computer skills. Job Requirements: Education: High School Diploma/GED Certification: CMA/MA or ASCP (preferred but not required) Experience: No previous experience The starting rate for this position is:$16.08 Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale.
