We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, facilities management, and leasing, with a focus on maintaining high occupancy rates and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

*Duties*

* Manage property operations including tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance.
* Utilize property management software (Appfolio) for tracking leases, payments, and maintenance requests.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance requirements.
* Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and upsell available units.
* Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance and repairs while ensuring quality service delivery.
* Handle legal administrative tasks related to lease agreements, evictions, move ins and move outs.
* Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and financial transactions.
* Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address any concerns or issues promptly.

*Experience*

* Proven experience in property management or related field is required.
* Strong knowledge of property leasing processes and legal requirements.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and vendors alike.
* Proficiency in office software applications for reporting and documentation purposes.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
