We're seeking a sharp, driven Civil/Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our Chicago office and contribute to our legacy of success.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Draft compelling pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Conduct thorough legal research and strategic analysis
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes with precision
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk, and business impact
• Manage a diverse caseload with autonomy and efficiency
• Collaborate with experienced litigators and dedicated support teams

What We're Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school and license to practice in Illinois
• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in civil, commercial, or insurance-related disputes
• Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive both independently and in a team
• Strong analytical thinking and a solutions-oriented approach
