The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience managing H-1B cases end to end, applying sound judgment throughout the petition process, and brings a working knowledge of J-1 and PERM processes. You'll handle a mix of straightforward and complex cases, manage filings from start to finish, and think critically through evolving immigration challenges. Beyond paperwork, you'll build trusted, one-on-one relationships with employees and departments, offering clear guidance and compassionate support at every step. You'll join a tight-knit, collaborative, and dynamic team known for its professionalism, respect, and cohesion.
