Open Position: Graphic Designer

Work Location: On-site at our current facility located at 2545 Larsen Road, Green Bay, WI

*We’re excited to share that come fall, we will be relocating to a new, state-of-the-art facility in Wrightstown, WI.

Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday 

Salary: Depending on experience & qualifications

Not only were they cheaply made, but they were very dangerous as well. As the brothers grew older, this problem only became worse with the influx of overseas manufacturing. This did not sit well with the Mid-western valued brothers that loved American manufacturing.

Therefore, they founded Vyper Industrial and hit the ground running with a vision to manufacture American Made garage products and to build thousands of American jobs. They started with the first product, the Vyper Chair, and are moving into many different products as Vyper grows. From growing 110% since last year combined with a vision to take over this industry, the team here at Vyper won’t settle for anything less than market domination.

OVERVIEW:

As Vyper continues to expand in the competitive landscape of eCommerce and increasing

brand recognition, we are seeking a Graphic Designer who can elevate our brand's

storytelling and visual identity. This role is crucial for developing compelling content that

resonates with our audience and helps take Vyper’s brand recognition to the next level. The

Graphic Designer will be an inspirational leader, collaborating closely with various teams to

ensure our marketing efforts are visually stunning and strategically sound. We’re looking for someone who can dive into the creative process and drive innovation within the organization.

DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES:

• Collaborate with the creative team in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Oversee the creation and optimization of Meta and Google Ads, email / sms campaigns and other promotional pieces to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Designing and optimization of our Amazon brand page to enhance visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with the eCommerce team to design and enhance the Shopify storefront, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Strategize and design packaging designs that reflect the Vyper brand and resonate with our customers.
• Working with 3D render files in Blender, Cinema 4D or similar software
• Collaborate with the leadership team to create strategies for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team, encouraging new ideas and experimentation.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor analysis to keep Vyper's creative output ahead of the curve.
• Manage the creative workflow, setting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a creative role within eCommerce or a related industry.
• Proven experience designing Meta / Google ads, Klaviyo Email flows and Shopify UI/UX web design
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns and creative work.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with web design principles.
• Excellent understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and digital marketing concepts.
• Ability to develop and execute creative strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
