Position: Glass Installer
Compensation: $30–$40 per hour (based on experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Glass Installer to join our team. This role focuses on installing glass products such as shower doors, mirrors, railings, and more in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate can work independently or as part of a team, depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation of shower doors, enclosures, railings, mirrors, countertops, and other custom glass products
Install metal frameworks and related hardware
Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and instructions
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle inventory with support from warehouse staff
Deliver high-quality, professional customer service on-site
Track and ensure completion of assigned tasks
Submit job documentation and reports in a timely and accurate manner
Perform additional duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of glass installation experience
Knowledge of various grades of glass and installation equipment
Familiarity with national and local building codes
Ability to read drawings and follow installation guidelines
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment screening
Preferred Qualifications:
Vocational/technical training in a related field
State of Nevada C-8 License
Experience in construction or custom metal/glass work is a plus
Strong communication skills, technical mindset, and a dependable work ethic
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Comfortable working in tight spaces or at heights (e.g., ladders, scaffolding)
Requires standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and driving for extended periods
Flexible schedule with potential for on-call work and short-notice travel
