Are you a motivated digital advertising professional? We're seeking a full-time, hybrid Pay Per Click (PPC) Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you'll manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and social media, with opportunities to expand your marketing expertise within our organization. You'll work closely with senior management and directly contribute to our marketing success. Responsibilities include:
Campaign Management & Execution
Plan, develop, and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending.
Implement pixelation and click ID tracking for ad conversions.
Optimization & Reporting
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Develop compelling ad copy and landing page recommendations.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance , providing reports and insights on key metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROI, Keyword Trends).
Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and targeting.
Boost ROI by aligning PPC with site-specific inventory levels
Continuous Improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising and digital marketing .
Assist with other marketing tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field with 2 to 5+ years managing Google Ads accounts and Google Search Console , with a strong ability to create effective ads and campaigns for hyper-local facilities. Proficiency in Google Analytics , Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Adobe Creative Suite is essential. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal). The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized , and capable of managing multiple tasks both independently and as part of a team. Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) and basic knowledge of SEO principles, desired .
