Disclosure Desk Specialist

Start Date: November 3, 2025

Salary: $55,000/year + Monthly Bonus ($300–$750)

Placement Type: Permanent

🔍 Role Overview

As a Disclosure Desk Specialist, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and issuing all required disclosures and redisclosures throughout the mortgage loan process—excluding closing disclosures. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and maintains disclosure accuracy.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and send initial and revised Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures
• Communicate with loan officers and teams to ensure accurate documentation
• Monitor TRID compliance and identify potential violations
• Operate within Lending Pad and investor loan portals

✅ Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Disclosure Desk experience
• Strong understanding of TILA/RESPA regulations
• Experience issuing disclosures (Initial Application, CoCs, Initial CDs)
• Familiarity with 0%, 10%, and unlimited variance categories and tolerance cures
• Excellent time management and communication skills (Outlook, Teams)

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

• Mortgage lending or finance background
• Experience in Closing, Post-Closing, or Funding (on-site only)

• Office location: Scottsdale, AZ 85251 *Remote*

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
