The Superintendent is responsible for leading all field operations from project kickoff through closeout, ensuring projects are built safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role oversees subcontractors, vendors, and field staff, driving daily coordination, safety compliance, schedule execution, and quality control. Salary range is $80K-$100K DOE + benefits.
