Description AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time
Appraisal Coordinator to facilitate the timely procurement of accurate appraisal reports. Under the direct supervision of the Appraisal Administration Manager, the job responsibilities of the
Appraisal Coordinator position include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Process, monitor, and follow up on the appraisal process from appraiser acceptance to completed appraisal.
- Educate and be a resource for vendors on company expectations.
- Build rapport and cooperation with appraisal vendors. Maintain appraiser documents.
- Centralize data from various sources and lists.
- Assign appraisals by making a determination of the most qualified appraiser for the assignment.
- Review appraisal reports for completeness and become familiar with different completion and revision processes.
- Disseminate information to internal clients and external vendors in a professional manner.
- Data entry for accounting and appraisal coordination reports.
Qualifications: - Superior organizational skills;
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
- Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word;
- The ability to learn appraisal guidelines as established by government sponsored agencies and AnnieMac;
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College preferred.

Work Environment/Physical Demands: Long periods of sitting at a desk.
Preferred Hours: 10am-6pm, EST or PST.*This position is required to work at least 1 day during the weekend day each month. Note: Nothing in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
