Senior Investment Operations Analyst (Trade Settlement Experience) - 27006 Senior Investment Operations Analyst (Trade Settlement Experience) - 27006 Senior Investment Operations Analyst - Boston MA - Asset Management Our team is working with a leading Asset Manager based in Boston looking to hire a Senior Investment Operations Analyst to their growing team. The Senior Investment Operations Analyst will be focused on supporting all operational aspects of a complex portfolio encompassing marketable investments (stocks, bonds, futures, options, OTC trades, FX) as well as alternative assets (hedge funds, private equity, VC, timber, real estate, co- investments). The position will report to the Associate Director of Operations supporting the marketable portfolio and will closely collaborate with many of the internal teams including but not limited to the IT, Finance and Accounting, Trading, and Investment teams. This role is a full time in office position (4 days in the office & 1 days at home) position that will offer up to $120K base, bonus & strong benefits. Responsibilities: Daily securities pricing and valuation Cash and position reconciliation Processing swap resets and cash flows OTC collateral and daily variation margin Corporate actions, proxy voting and dividend processing Security set-up, transaction processing and trade-settlement Fund expense calculations and allocation Daily coordination with our Fund Administrator and counterparties to resolve operational related issues. Other projects as skills and development allow Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; major in accounting or finance is preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required Prior experience with Advent Geneva, Tamale, Bloomberg, and other financial software as well as work experience at a private investment fund, administrator, or related service provider is preferred If you are interested in this opportunity, please reach out to Vincenzo Kulturides directly at vkulturides@daleyaa.com
