Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers an opportunity to provide specialized physical therapy support for a K-12 student with orthopedical impairments in a school setting. The role is part-time, with 15-20 hours per week, and is based onsite to facilitate direct, hands-on assistance. The contract duration is for the current school year, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact in a students educational experience within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services tailored to the needs of a student with orthopedical impairment
• Collaborate with educational staff to integrate therapeutic goals into the students school activities
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment that promotes student independence and mobility

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in pediatric or school-based therapy
• Knowledge of orthopedical impairments and related therapy techniques
• Ability to work onsite in Evergreen, CO, during regular school hours
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators and families
• Flexibility to accommodate 15-20 hours per week within the school calendar year
