Job Description
About the Role:
We're growing our Connect Closing team and looking for a Transaction Coordinator who thrives behind the scenes-keeping deals on track, paperwork in order, and agents breathing a little easier.
In this role, you'll assist agents with the back-office magic: managing correspondence, reviewing paperwork, handling conveyancing tasks, and ensuring every transaction moves smoothly from contract to close. We'll train you in person and online, so you're fully supported every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
Support agents with day-to-day transaction coordination tasks
Organize and manage contract files, timelines, and key documents
Communicate with agents, title companies, lenders, and clients
Track important deadlines and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Help make the settlement process simple, clear, and stress-free for everyone involved
What We're Looking For:
Transaction coordination or real estate experience preferred
A self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
Tech-comfortable (we'll show you the ropes, but being adaptable helps!)
Kind, helpful, and calm under pressure-you've got empathy and hustle
