Job Description As a Public Relations Associate, you will play a vital role in shaping and maintaining the public image of our organization. This position is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about communications and eager to make a difference in the way our brand is perceived by the public. Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare analysis reports for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate and organize press events, community outreach initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
• Respond to media inquiries and manage media relations effctively.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PR software.
