Job Description
Seeking an ambitious sales professional who wants to build their own business within our successful organization. If you're looking for an opportunity to control your income potential while representing premium products in the high-end construction industry, this role could be your path to financial success.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
$100,000/year + Benefits & Commission
Responsibilities:
Build and manage your own book of business
Represent exclusive luxury window and door products
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor in the high-end construction market
Develop and execute strategic sales plans in your designated territory
Build lasting relationships with architects, builders, and luxury homeowners
Conduct consultative client visits to assess needs and provide solutions
Negotiate high-value contracts and close agreements
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize revenue opportunities
Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
Stay current with product innovations and market trends
Participate in industry events and trade shows
Monitor and report on market dynamics and competitive landscape
Requirements:
Experience in building materials, construction, or architectural sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within East Bay territory 50%
