We’re seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Human Resources Generalist for a 2-month temporary assignment starting as soon as possible . In this key role, you'll serve as a central point of contact for employees and managers, supporting a wide range of HR functions and contributing to the efficiency and compliance of HR operations. This is a great opportunity for HR professionals who enjoy fast-paced environments and want to make a meaningful impact in a short-term capacity.

What You'll Do

• Provide timely support for employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies, systems, and procedures.
• Assist with general employee relations issues, including investigations and documentation; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on benefits, leave, compensation, and training-related questions.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring alignment with internal procedures.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and documentation requirements.
• Support HR projects such as documentation updates, event planning, and process improvements.
• Help maintain internal HR resources such as knowledgebase content and FAQs.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR generalist or shared services experience.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and case management tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with process improvement or HR documentation is a plus.
