This position requires consistent attendance and punctuality, with full-time hours dependent on reliability, performance, and job-site needs; work hours may fluctuate due to seasonality, and employment is subject to a 90-day probation period to assess adherence to attendance and performance expectations.

Position Summary:

• Installs proprietary foam insulation in walls of existing homes using truck-based pumping system

• Installs loose, blown-in fiberglass insulation or batt insulation in Attic, Crawl-Spaces, or other areas of home as necessary.

• Installs ventilation and other peripheral products in homes

• Handles all maintenance of equipment and tools

• Conducts general jobsite cleanliness and safety

Essential functions:

• Able to be a productive member of a team on the jobsite

• Self-motivated to perform at a high level

• Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces

• Ability to work in the hot and cold Midwest weather

• Able to work on ladders (up to 28ft)

• Able to work with hand tools

• Able to work with drills, pumps and all equipment necessary for installing insulation

• Keep home clean during and after installation (inside and out)

• Educate customers on service and installation features

• Pride self on high quality installations and do the job right the first time

• Provide all customers with excellent customer service

• Follow all Policies and Procedures of USA Insulation while on duty

Qualifications:

• Construction experience is highly desired but not necessary

• Strong commitment to customer service and doing what’s right for both the company and the customer

• Working knowledge of siding, home building, drills, pumps, and hand tools

• Ability to troubleshoot product and installation problems

Requirements:

• Must have valid state drivers license

• Must be on time each and every day (7:15am)

• Non-negligent driving record

• Must be able to speak English

• Must show up on time each and every day

• Physical exam (275 lbs. weight limit in working clothes & safety gear)

• Able to lift and move up to 80 lbs.

• We do run background checks before hiring

Installers must possess good organization and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
