The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $100,691.00 to $167,817.60. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills. We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Bethesda, MD office four days per week. Responsibilities The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving deposit growth from consumers and businesses through the Bank's digital channel, leveraging EagleBank's automated online account opening capabilities and digital banking platform. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, banking, and fintech. This position is integral to ensure that the deposit strategies align with the organization's overarching goals and objectives. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will define and communicate the digital deposit strategy, objectives, and goals, with strong emphasis on reducing the cost of funds, and will collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, optimize the product(s) roadmap and customer experience, and enhance funding cost-effectiveness. Qualifications Requirements: 10 years of hands-on experience in product management, digital products, FinTech, corporate strategy, eCommerce, and/or digital sales preferably in Financial Services and/or Start-up. 5 years of experience in digital marketing / acquisition campaigns in banking or fintech. Experience in working and leading cross-functionally with stakeholders, including users, developers, business leaders, and executives. Strong understanding of Retail and Business banking. Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, Google Analytics. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Strong data analytics skills related to deposit product performance and customer behavior analysis. Knowledge of regulatory requirements in banking and financial services advertising. Demonstrated thought leadership in the digital space. Successful track record in developing and implementing a digital channel road map and digital acquisition campaigns. Strong communication and written presentation skills with experience effectively communicating with diverse audiences.
