Our client, a major global law firm, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys and senior paralegals, focusing on all aspects of emerging company and venture fund work.
Preparing and maintaining organizational documents, drafting partnership and LLC agreements, side letters, transfer and admission agreements, and other amendments.
Conducting investor suitability due diligence and researching Federal and State securities regulations in connection with fund formations.
Assisting with due diligence reviews, preparation of opinions and backup documents, handling SEC compliance reporting for venture fund clients, and performing administrative duties such as timekeeping and other firmrelated tasks.
Fulltime
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr $115,000.00/yr
Additional compensation: Annual Bonus
