Program Overview Our formal 10‑week internship programs provide students with the opportunity to work on critical projects integral to our team’s success. Interns work alongside some of the best minds in Real Estate, in an innovative, fast‑paced environment and are expected to approach tasks and projects with dedication and initiative. Our internship program connects students with industry leaders and provides foundational real estate knowledge through a speaker series and networking events. We focus on accelerating growth with hands‑on professional development and training. Recognizing that real estate thrives on relationships, we create an engaging experience with volunteering, portfolio tours, and intern‑led activities, all designed to build collaboration and a connected cohort. Responsibilities The Summer Analyst will be responsible for supporting all aspects of a development project including: financial analysis and modeling, due diligence, zoning, legal oversight, budgeting, design, construction, acquisition, project management and leasing. Perform financial analysis and due diligence for new investment opportunities Assist with all aspects of development: financing, entitlement / government approvals, public relations, design, leasing / marketing, and construction Support the team in preparing business plans, including annual operating plans, financial forecasts and strategic plans Monitor construction costs, budgeting, and the timeline of deliverables Perform research and analysis to benchmark trends in target markets by tracking rents, sales per SF, operating costs, competitive supply and expansion activity Minimize exposure and risk on various projects Compensation The hourly rate for this position is $45 per hour. Qualifications Current undergraduate junior with a target graduation date between December 2026‑Spring 2028 A strong passion for real estate development Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; expertise with excel Exhibits a strong understanding of technical skills and job specific knowledge Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills, both verbally and in writing Self‑Starter with a proactive approach to tackling tasks and challenges Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to new challenged in a dynamic environment Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate Finance or Real Estate Development Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA Equal Opportunity Related Ross is an equal opportunity employer.
