We are looking for a Workday HCM Configuration Specialist to support our client's Team. This is a W-2 full-time contract based in Santa Clara, CA - Remote. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Workday HCM Configuration Specialist to support the successful implementation of Beeline. In this role, you will configure and manage updates in Workday HCM, ensuring seamless integration with Beeline to optimize contingent workforce processes. Collaborating across time zones, you will facilitate discussions with internal teams to make informed configuration decisions that minimize impact on the broader HCM system. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR Technology (HCM & Integrations), HR Contingent Worker, and Implementation Project teams, to align on requirements and deliverables for the Beeline implementation. Configure and develop changes in Workday HCM to support Beeline integration. Conduct thorough testing of configuration changes to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business needs. Deploy approved configuration changes to production following established governance and change control processes. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues, ensuring minimal operational disruption. Document configuration changes, testing results, and deployment processes for future reference and compliance. Provide recommendations on configuration best practices to optimize Workday HCM functionality within the context of the Beeline implementation. Qualifications 3–5 years of proven experience in Workday HCM configuration, development, and deployment. Knowledge of contingent workforce management and VMS (Vendor Management System) solutions, preferably Beeline. Experience implementing Workday with Beeline VMS. Strong understanding of system integration concepts and experience supporting cross-functional implementations. Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Effective collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders, including HR Technology teams, project teams, and business partners. Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
