If you want the beauty of Florida winters with us, you have to commit to braving the Florida summers too!Duties: Maintenance & Landscaping Work Camper:This role includes both equipment maintenance and general park upkeep. Youll be responsible for maintaining and repairing company equipment and accommodations, while also helping with routine landscaping tasks like trimming, weed control, and keeping the park looking great. A jack-of-all-trades attitude and basic handyman/mechanical skills are ideal. Even better if you like to fish! Hours are anticipated to range from 15 to 30 hours per week.Front Desk, Customer Service & Housekeeping Work Camper:Youll handle guest check-ins, phone calls, reservations, and shop inventoryplus help out in turning accommodations between guests and keeping the park organized and clean. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is required. Were looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and comfortable working both at the front desk and housekeeping. Hours are anticipated to range from 25 to 40 hours per week.Compensation, Hours & Amenities: $13/hr plus tips. One FHU (30/50amp) RV space will be reserved for you free of charge. Free campground wi-fi and use of campground bathhouse.Requirements: Applicants should (1) own their own rig, (2) be able to pass a background check, (3) have a great attitude and work ethic, and (4) be a team player willing to pitch in other miscellaneous tasks that may arise!**Note:** This position offers opportunities for long-term career growth with Outdoor Adventure Retreats.
