Job Description - Accurately pack products according to specifications, ensuring quality control at each step.
- Label packages clearly and correctly to facilitate efficient shipping and handling.
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging to ensure only the highest quality items are sent out.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining efficiency.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with packaging materials or products to supervisors promptly.
Job Requirements - Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as needed throughout the shift.
