We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Warehouse Packers . In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and organizing products for shipment while ensuring quality and accuracy. Youll play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping according to company standards
- Inspect products for quality and report any damaged items
- Sort and organize items in the warehouse to maintain an orderly environment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and regulations
- Support other warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced warehouse setting
- Exposure to varying temperatures (especially when handling fresh produce)
- Must wear appropriate safety gear as required
