What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Develop and implement effective volunteer recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals
• Conduct face-to-face recruiting activities to attract volunteer applicants
• Support the creation and refinement of the Regional Volunteer Recruitment Plan
• Build and maintain relationships with key volunteer recruitment agencies and organizations
• Assist in tracking volunteer recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate records of volunteer leads

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three to five years of related experience in recruitment or volunteer management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record, with 50% travel required

• Experience working with volunteers or in social services
• Skills in public speaking and presentation delivery
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office applications
