What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement effective volunteer recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals
- Conduct face-to-face recruiting activities to attract volunteer applicants
- Support the creation and refinement of the Regional Volunteer Recruitment Plan
- Build and maintain relationships with key volunteer recruitment agencies and organizations
- Assist in tracking volunteer recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate records of volunteer leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three to five years of related experience in recruitment or volunteer management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record, with 50% travel required

- Experience working with volunteers or in social services
- Skills in public speaking and presentation delivery
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office applications
