Job Overview: As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will join Ben Greenfield’s team of Executive Assistants. In this role, you will support the daily operations and various administrative tasks for Ben and his brand, Ben Greenfield Life. You will frequently work with Ben as well as the Ben Greenfield Life Coordinator and the accounting team at Life Enterprises, LLC. Your responsibilities will range from calendar management to technical tasks, editorial duties, travel planning, interfacing with the accounting team, and routine administrative support.
