Job Description

Testronic is a software quality assurance provider with over 20 years of experience providing award-winning services to video game publishers like Funcom, Machine Zone, Riot Games, Square Enix, and Tencent Games. 

Testronic is hiring video game testers to work full-time, on-site at our video game test center in Kenner, Louisiana. Testronic provides on-the-job training for candidates who are looking for an entry-level position in the video game development industry. 

This video game tester role is a full-time position compensated at an hourly rate range of $11.50 - $16.50 per hour based on a candidate’s ranked tactical hero shooter video game experience. 

**This is an ONSITE role based in Kenner, Louisiana. Monday-Friday 10AM-7PM**

This tester position requires: 

• Ranked play experience in one or more of the following tactical hero shooter games: 

• VALORANT 

• Counter-Strike 2 

• Rainbow Six Siege 

• Overwatch

• Perform quality assurance testing on video games
• Identify and document bugs encountered while testing 
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all work

Responsibilities

• Excelling at tasks for our Project’s Dashboards with precision.
• Fostering positive relationships and driving results through collaborations.
• Taking complete ownership and delivering exceptional Quality Assurance work.
• Making impactful decisions and guiding the direction of QA efforts.
• Ensuring accuracy and reliability of QA data, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
• Facilitating clear and effective communication within QA processes.
• Skillfully managing risks to keep QA work on course.
• Investigating and resolving root causes to enhance QA effectiveness.
• Leading and optimizing the processes that underpin QA excellence.
• Ready to provide support to fellow QA Technicians and step into higher roles as needed
