About the Role

The successful candidate will be a key advisor to the executive leadership team, translating market intelligence into clear recommendations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include leading the development of formal business cases, presenting market intelligence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of organizational execution with strategic direction. To excel in this position, candidates must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare strategy, business development, or market expansion, with a preference for those with a background in digital health, health tech, or provider services. The role requires a proven track record in executing strategic initiatives with measurable business impact, strong interpersonal skills, and executive presence. Expertise in market research, business modeling, and financial analysis is essential, as is the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytically strong, and comfortable influencing at the highest levels of the organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a clinical license such as MD, RN, DPT, or ODT is also a plus.
