Qualifications

Must have/qualify to obtain a valid Florida D Security License
FLUENT SPANISH a PLUS
MUST BE RELIABLE AND ALWAYS ARRIVE 15MIN BEFORE ANY SHIFT
Must be willing to work OVERNIGHT/GRAVEYARD
WEEKENDS ARE MANDATORY - 8-12HR ROTATING SHIFTS
Must have a reliable method of transportation
Must have flexibility within the schedule
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county, and municipal requirements for Security Officer

Responsibilities

MUST OWN A WORKING SMARTPHONE
In these roles Officers must have open availability to work any shift
Officers will be responsible for patrolling, observing, and reporting all suspicious activity to management, or emergency services while on assigned property
Officers must have great communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a command presence
On-call officers are utilized for special projects, when and when additional coverage is needed
Shift: VARIES
Smartphone Skills
Hourly foot patrol
Incident report writing
Willing to stand for lengthy periods

Benefits

On-call officers also earn a higher rate of pay for making themselves available
Wage: VARIES $12-13HR
