We have 12 openings for entry level drivers. You have your Class A CDL but no experience. Most carriers wont give you a chance. We will. Our entry level drivers are earning $900-$1100 per week to start. Put in your application today. Well call and do a short phone interview. If we think youll be approved well help you put in your application. Approval usually takes about 24-48 hours. We are offering orientation online. Once that is completed you will go out with a trainer for aprox 2 weeks. Upon successful completion you then get moved into your own truck on a probationary period of 10 weeks. Depending what runs are available we may want you to start OTR. Staying out for 10-14 days at a time. Once you have a month or so as a lead driver more opportunities will be open to you such as lease purchase, dedicated and regional runs getting you home more often. Upon successful completion you will be able to obtain experienced driver level and obtain higher paying dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect. Why work for us? We dont keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making big pay checks. We will get you home more often. We use excellent maintained trucks that won't have you parked on the side of the road. If needed we offer tuition assistance of up to $7,000 to pay off your Academy loan when you obtained your CDL. To qualify as a Class A Driver at entry level you must You must be least 21 years of age. Have acquired your CLASS A license in the last 2 years. Possess fairly clean MVR Be able to pass background check Be able to pass all DOT related tests including hair or urine test Possess current Class A CDL and DOT physical in good standing Drivers will enjoy late model Freightliners and Peterbilt trucks.
