LanceSoft is seeking a Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a travel job in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of Wisconsin to provide clinical counseling services . This role is not case management–focused and is ideal for a clinician who is trained in therapeutic counseling, diagnostic assessment, and treatment planning. The LCSW will work with individuals experiencing a range of behavioral health needs, including acute and crisis situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling and therapeutic interventions
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
• Formulate accurate clinical diagnoses
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when appropriate
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of clinical practice

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Formal training and experience in clinical counseling/therapy
• Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and create treatment plans
• Comfort and competence with crisis intervention
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or community mental health settings
• Training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Experience working with diverse populations
