\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
\n• Night shift positions available with first priority for floating assignments
\n• Every other weekend requirement
\n• Holiday coverage as needed
\n• Nurse to patient ratios: Days 1:4-5, Nights 1:5-6
\n• 30-bed medical surgical unit specializing in post-operative care
\n• Care for patients with total joint replacements, spinal surgery, urology procedures, abdominal surgery, bariatrics, and medical overflow
\n• Experience with hemovacs, JP drains, colostomies, and post-operative care
\n• Manage occasional heparin drips, PCA pumps, and TPN
\n• Floating required to medical and telemetry units
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Any color scrubs permitted
\n• Bedside shift reporting expected
\n• EPIC charting system
\n• BSN not required
\n• Profile review and manager interview required
\n• 7-7 rotation will not occur more than weekly
\n• Block scheduling considered if unit needs are met
\n• 4 shifts cancellation policy per contract (3 shifts if under 13 weeks)
\n• RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13-week contract)
