Shift: Variable E/N, 3p-3a, 5p-5a, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs/weekLength: 13 Weeks
Min 4 weekend shifts per schedule period. Must do 2 of 3 holidays during the holiday season
Requirements: 

• AZ license
• 2 years' ER/Trauma Level 1 experience required - must be recent within the past year
• Moderate conscious sedation competency testing
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC

Other Details:

• Ratios: 1:3-4
• First to float
• Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Trauma, MVAs, GSW, blunt trauma, piercing trauma, CVA (Stroke center), MI (CP center), high risk OB (have a separate entrance, Psych holds (4-6 per day) until transferred out, cardioversions, conscious sedation for closed fractures. 11% Peds population,. Only admit 15 or > any younger than 15 are stabilized and transferred.
