Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting the fittings for assigned product categories and processing the fit comments accordingly.
• Manage the sample development process and is responsible for generating computerized specification packages and maintaining them through fit approval.
• Work closely with Design and Production teams during fittings and is responsible for the execution of the fit comments accordingly.
• Uphold brand integrity through fit process, upholding construction standards and consistency.
• Approve fit, trim components and construction of garments within development and production timelines.
• Communicate via E-mail with the overseas vendors regarding comments on fit.
• Communicate with private label accounts.
• Coordinate with QA during the Pre-Pro/TOP Sample Process for their assigned product category.
• Assure seasonal deadlines are met for assigned categories.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal clients and overseas offices.
• Interface professionally and works effectively in group settings.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in technical design. Must have Active Wear Experience.
• Fit experience with working knowledge of pattern corrections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, with strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and divisions.
• Knowledge of construction standards and manufacturing methods.
• Ability to problem solve flexible/adaptable in a fast paced environment.
• Strong Computer knowledge (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft office, WEB PLM is must) and a drawing program (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
