These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2 years of experience
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may also be considered.
- CPA or commitment to pass CPA exam before being promoted to Manager and thereafter obtain CPA licenture, Enrolled Agent or Member of the Bar.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
