Our client, a leading organization in workforce solutions, is seeking a Staffing Recruiter to join their team. As a Staffing Recruiter, you will be part of the recruitment department supporting various hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Staffing Recruiter

Location: Westminster, CO

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour

Shift: Hybrid / Day shift 

What's the Job?

• Identify, assess, and place a diverse talent portfolio of associates and professionals.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job postings, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the process.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1+ year experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience or exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, Avature, Bullhorn) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
