We are currently hiring Outlet and Pool Servers to join our team!

 

JOB SUMMARY:
The Server is responsible for taking customers' food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks, preparing itemized checks, and processing payments when necessary. Additional responsibilities may include escorting guests to tables, serving customers at counters, setting up and clearing tables, or operating a cash register. The Server must also verify patrons' identification to ensure they meet the legal age requirement for purchasing alcohol. This role is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain required certifications, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers Safety, as applicable.
  • Understand the restaurant and lounge layout, along with the responsibilities of each position.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, including daily specials.
  • Provide exceptional service by promptly fulfilling guests’ food and beverage requests with a warm and courteous approach.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed to maintain a tidy dining area.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (P.O.S.) system efficiently.
  • Handle cashiering duties, including closing checks and completing end-of-shift paperwork.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, as well as assigned side work, according to station rotation.
  • Ensure tables and service stations are well-stocked, organized, and clean.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager. 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid Alcohol Awareness Certification (must meet state regulations).
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification (must meet state regulations).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Ability to assess situations and make quick, accurate decisions.
  • Capable of performing well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
