As the firm continues to grow its Transactional Practice Group, it is seeking an experienced Real Estate and Lending Associate (mid to senior-level) to play a key role in advising a dynamic client base.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Independently handle various components of transactions while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to represent developers, investors, and lenders in complex real estate matters.
• Provide strategic guidance and support throughout high-profile, multifaceted real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 3+ years of commercial real estate and or lending experience
• Current admission in good standing to either the Massachusetts or Rhode Island bar is required, both preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address the commercial implications of legal issues.
