Job Description
Location : Hybrid – 3 days per week
Contract to Hire: $85,000 to $90,000, plus benefits once converted
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support, assisting the U.S.-based HR Manager with general administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage the administrative side of recruitment, including:
- Drafting, reviewing, and formatting job descriptions for new and existing roles.
- Posting job advertisements and coordinating candidate communications and scheduling.
- Confidently use recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn) and be prepared to support recruiter-level tasks as needed.

- Familiarity with recruitment processes; previous exposure to hiring is highly desirable.

Key HR Duties
HR Advisory
- Provides HR advice to employees and line managers within the guidelines given
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Manages performance issues with support
- Contribute to the revision and preparation of HR policies
- Provide responsive support and coaching to line managers and employees with approved training
Recruitment Selection
- Review Job descriptions and prepare the recruitment assignment including candidate interviews, candidate criteria and coordinate with Head of HR
- Conduct and manage LinkedIn searches
- Conduct phone screens and provide short lists
- Coordinate the hiring interviews/panels
Employee Onboarding & Off Boarding
- New Starter profiles collated & Issued
- Prepare an induction plan for a successful candidate.
- Coordinate the agreed induction program
- Works with the Compensation & Benefits Director to prepare all the termination documentation including change forms
- Coordinate, conduct, and document exit interviews
HR Service
- Prepare and issue approved HR communications
- Review, communicate and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare, review and upload Job descriptions in the required format for new and existing job roles
- Conduct job evaluation with support
- Work with the Compensation & Benefits Director to prepare the relevant paperwork for Payroll onboarding
System Administration
- Provide administrative support for Lattice and Go1 Systems
- Support teams in setting department goals
- Support the issue of relevant and timely communications
- Conduct training and development programs with the support of the Head of Human Resources
