Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct dealership visits to assess Aftersales operations with Sales & Aftersales staff, management, and Dealer Principals.
  • Provide coaching and develop action plans to enhance Accessories, Parts, & Service (APS) opportunities.
  • Identify improvement areas and collaborate with dealerships to improve customer experience, retention, profitability, and loyalty.
  • Evaluate accessories, parts, and service operations using the 5 Mindsets approach to build consumer value.
  • Review marketing and advertising plans for effectiveness.
  • Perform financial and operational analysis to identify performance improvements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • At least 6 years of progressive marketing and sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in automotive industry analytics.
  • Experience within dealerships, regions, or manufacturing facilities at analyst or managerial levels.
  • Minimum of 2 years supporting dealer contacts (e.g., WDM, FOM, FSM, DOM).
  • Supervisory experience and sales background preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically over 75% of the time.
  • Residence within the assigned district.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
  • Valid MVR required.

Salary Range: $96,776 - $172,830 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
