This key role involves evaluating and developing marketing strategies, coordinating marketing efforts, and expanding brand awareness. You will oversee both the marketing and community affairs departments, ensuring seamless coordination between the two. They will play a crucial role in planning, directing, and tracking marketing and community initiatives, ensuring their efficient and effective execution. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, design, communications, and leadership teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand experience. Proficient in Digital and AI Utilizing AI and Technology: Implement and leverage AI and cutting-edge marketing technologies to enhance marketing campaigns, analyze customer data, and gain valuable insights. The Senior Director will be at the forefront of exploring innovative AI-driven solutions to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer engagement across various digital platforms. Of course here are Key Responsibilities: Develop and articulate the brand’s positioning, voice, values, and narrative across platforms. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience insights to inform brand strategies. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate strategy into compelling campaigns, content, and visuals. Monitor brand performance and audience engagement through data and feedback, recommending optimizations. Lead brand audits and ensure consistency across touchpoints, including digital, print, packaging, and internal communications. Present strategic recommendations and reports to stakeholders, balancing creativity with business objectives. Identify new opportunities to expand brand reach, awareness, and loyalty in line with organizational goals. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and evaluate marketing and community strategies and plans to position us as we continue to expand. Coordinate paid media planning and budget allocation within the context of broader marketing efforts.
  • Synergistic Marketing Efforts: Provide high-level oversight of Paid, Owned, and Earned Marketing initiatives to ensure seamless integration across all channels, including radio, digital (SEM, Online Video, Display, Programmatic, Paid Social), sponsorships, traditional media, websites, social channels (including YouTube), email, community engagement, PR/reviews, and 3rd party websites.
  • Communication and Reporting: Regularly communicate updates on marketing and community plans to the firm and stakeholders. Establish, monitor, and communicate performance metrics and channel-specific goals to measure marketing success.
  • Budget Management: Plan, understand, and track budgets, including the approval of invoices from partners every month.
  • Expansion Support: Assist the marketing lead in strategizing and activating the team to research, plan, and execute new market launches that support firm expansion efforts.
  • Enhancing Client Experience: Collaborate with various departments within the firm to develop strategies that enhance the client experience and drive sign-ups and satisfaction with our firm.
Work Experience Requirements:
  • Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing and community affairs, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role such as Marketing Director, Marketing Manager, or similar positions. The candidate should have a track record of effectively leading and managing teams to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Strategic Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, traditional, and community engagement. The candidate should have a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Budget Management: Strong proficiency in budget planning, allocation, and tracking. The candidate should have experience in managing marketing budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and achieving efficient ROI.
  • Community Engagement Experience: Prior experience in community affairs, including organizing events, fostering partnerships, and building relationships with community stakeholders. Experience in creating community-driven marketing campaigns would be advantageous.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related is required. A solid educational foundation in marketing principles, consumer behavior, data analytics, and strategic planning is essential.
  • Master's Degree is plus, not required. US Main
