**Need Automation Manufacturing experience candidates**

Experience : 10+ Years

Key Requirements:

Expert in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
Skilled in tooling design from sketches or verbal concepts
Strong drafting and machine shop knowledge
Experienced in strength, force, and thermal calculations
Familiar with pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical components (switches, load cells, LVDTs, etc.)
Understands PLC programming basics
Able to select and integrate automation components: Pick & Place, grippers, vision systems, bowl feeders
3D models, detailed drawings, and BOMs
Machine design calculations
Engineering drawings and standards (OSHA, CE, customer-specific)
Support installation, commissioning, and debugging
Compliance with ISO, safety, and design standards
