Machine Operator – Train on 1st, Level Up to Off Shift
Location: Newton, NC
Ready to learn a new skill and boost your pay? We’re looking for Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team in Newton, NC . You’ll start by training on 1st shift , then move to an off shift once you’ve got the hang of it.
The Schedule Game Plan:
Train on 1st shift
Transition to an off shift after training
Pay Breakdown:
$18.00/hour during training
$20.10/hour once hired on to off shift (includes shift differential 💰)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Running and monitoring production machines
Loading materials and keeping things moving
Checking parts to make sure they meet quality standards
Making small adjustments and reporting any issues
Working safely and keeping your area organized
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required
Manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus
Willingness to train on 1st shift and move to off shift
Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn
