Jurassic Karts go karts is a family entertainment center in Rio Grande Premium Outlet Mall in Mercedes TX. We're looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Associate and Assitant Manager to be the face of our fun-filled environment. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers and driving sales for our go kart and playgound center. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a lively, fast-paced setting and loves bringing fun to the RGV community.

We have part-time and permanent  position with a pay structure of hourly wage plus tips or salary . We're looking for individuals who want to grow with us and become a key part of our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively approach and engage with customers to promote and sell attractions like drift go karts.
• Upsell additional activities and products
• Must have handy man expereimce and be willing to be trained to fix go karts
• Become an expert on all our products and services to confidently answer customer questions.
• Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach to sales and customer service.
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while interacting with guests.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Handy man skills is a plus to fix go karts
• A strong desire to learn new skills and a willingness to take initiative.
• Outgoing, friendly, and not afraid to approach and speak with new people.
