GVD Renovations & Remodeling is seeking an experienced and professional Roofing Estimator/Closer to join our sales team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners to assess their roofing needs, provide detailed consultations, and offer tailored solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in roofing or exterior renovations, a customer-focused approach, and the drive to achieve sales success in a commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes in Sacramento, Placer County, Yolo, and El Dorado County to assess roofing needs.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand customer goals and concerns.
• Educate homeowners on roofing materials, options, and GVD Renovations & Remodeling' services.
• Perform precise measurements and evaluations of roofing systems.
• Prepare and present customized estimates and proposals for roofing projects.
• Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions and secure sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing sales
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with homeowners.
• Highly motivated with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel locally to customer sites.
