Compensation: Annual Salary: $52,000

Schedule: Must be flexible to work long shift in either the day or the night including weekends

• This position will be under our subcontractor company.
\n
• Act as a Mentor/Liaison to the driver’s and management.
\n
• Responsible for evaluating driver’s performance while on shift.
\n
• Monitor route performance, weather & traffic conditions, drivers on time performance during your shift & making on demand adjustments to shuttle schedules to accommodate the demand for increase of service
\n
• Responsible for monitoring a safe operation of all company vehicles that are to be operated by Coach USA
\n
• Provide guidance & discipline as warranted in accordance with Coach USA policies
\n
• Ensure that driver operations are efficient & 100% Customer Satisfaction/Service is achieved in a safe & timely manner.

Required Experience:

\n

\n
• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent 
\n
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
\n
• CDL- A or B with Air Brake and Passenger endorsement
\n
• Acceptable and Current- Complete Driving Record
\n
• Must meet DOT physical qualifications
\n
• No history of DUI/Impaired Driving Violations
\n
• Supervisory Experience Preferred in the transportation industry 
\n
• Must have at least 3-year commercial driving experience preferred
\n
