Job Description

Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for an RN - MDS/SNF Coordinator/Trainer that would be interested in a 13 Week, Full-Time Contract that would Gross $2,506/Week with a $750 Completion Bonus , at a Hospital in Canton, IL. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position : RN - MDS/SNF Trainer (Updated Higher Travel Package)


Pay: $65/hr for Local Candidates


$750 completion bonus after 13 weeks!

Total Travel Package: $2,506/week


* Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package *

• Taxable Wages = $1,246.00/week
• Weekly Housing Allowance = $770/week
• Weekly Meals & Incidentals Allowance = $476/week

Estimated Weekly Take Home after taxes = Up to $2,220+/week


Location : Canton, IL

Contract : Local or Travel

Schedule

• 3 12s or 4 9s available! Flexible Scheduling
• 36 hours/week
• No Weekends unless requested

Requirements

• 5-10 years working in a Skilled Nursing Facility strongly preferred
• Direct Experience as a MDS Coordinator also strongly preferred
• If candidate doesn't have the above, MUST be knowledgeable with the PDPM Payment Model and have some experience utilizing it.
• IL Permanent RN License
• Competent in skills such as NGs, IVs, chest tubes, etc.

*Role would involve teaching nurses MDS Coordinator duties in a SNF environment*
